Right of withdrawal
This policy applies only to consumers within the meaning of section 13 BGB. Traders (section 14 BGB) have no statutory right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To meet the deadline it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.
Early expiry for digital content
Your right of withdrawal expires early once we have begun performing the contract, provided that you have
- expressly agreed that we begin performance before the withdrawal period expires, and
- confirmed your awareness that by giving this consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.
This follows from section 356 (5) BGB. Because the files are made available immediately after payment is received, your right of withdrawal expires at that moment, provided you gave the declaration during checkout.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall repay all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your communication. We will use the same means of payment as in the original transaction unless agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for this repayment.
If you requested that performance begin during the withdrawal period and nevertheless withdraw effectively, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the share of the service provided up to the point of withdrawal.
